AI 2010, intermediateLearning Agentic Engineering
A hands-on course for builders. It moves the work from ad hoc, small-scale AI-assisted coding towards agentic engineering: writing specifications, building the feedback loops and verification checks an agent needs, and directing coding agents rather than hand-writing every line. It covers tool fluency, spec-writing and modern agentic SDLC frameworks, and closes with a capstone in which participants run a real project through the full agentic workflow.

About this course
This is a course for people who already build software and are already using AI to help, in the way most people start: a chat window open beside the editor, one file at a time. The shift it teaches is from that towards directing agents — which turns out to be less about the tools and more about being able to say precisely what “done” means and how it will be checked.
Sessions run fortnightly. The fortnight between them is working time: each session assumes you have applied the last one to your own codebase. The course ends with a capstone, a real project taken through the whole workflow rather than an exercise.
What you will be able to do afterwards
- Write a specification an agent can be held to, rather than a prompt it can interpret
- Build the feedback loops and verification checks that let an agent's work be trusted
- Direct a coding agent through a real change, and judge when to intervene
- Run a project end to end through an agentic workflow
