The first semester. Three courses run in parallel over ten weeks — from AI literacy for colleagues starting from nothing, through agentic engineering for builders, to building production agents.
Every course this semester runs fortnightly rather than weekly, so that a participant has two weeks between sessions to apply what was covered to their own work. AI Foundations and Learning Agentic Engineering both begin in the first week; Building and Working with Agents begins in the second and runs in their off weeks, so it can be taken alongside either.
Every session is delivered twice, once per hemisphere, and recorded — so a session you cannot attend is still a session you can take.
From week 1
AI 1010, foundationalA foundational AI literacy course for colleagues with little or no prior AI experience. It has no prerequisites, and it builds the skills that matter in a working day: prompting that gets a useful answer, judgement about where AI is unreliable, and safe use of the internal tools Amadeus has approved.

From week 1
AI 2010, intermediateA hands-on course for builders. It moves the work from ad hoc, small-scale AI-assisted coding towards agentic engineering: writing specifications, building the feedback loops and verification checks an agent needs, and directing coding agents rather than hand-writing every line. It covers tool fluency, spec-writing and modern agentic SDLC frameworks, and closes with a capstone in which participants run a real project through the full agentic workflow.

From week 2
AI 3010, advancedAn advanced course on building and deploying production-grade, cloud-based agents. It starts with a hands-on agent harness written from scratch, then moves into frameworks — LangChain, CrewAI and Azure AI Foundry — and multi-agent orchestration, in service of Amadeus' longer-term software factory ambition. This is the first of a two-part series.
