About the program

Future of Work University is an internal education program within Amadeus Airline Solutions. Its purpose is to educate and upskill our people on artificial intelligence, and on what it means to work in an AI-first way.

It is not a single event. It is the container for an ongoing series of courses, and it is deliberately modelled on a university.

How it is structured

A semester runs for three months; there are two each year, Fall and Spring. Each semester publishes a number of courses, which run in parallel, and each course is taught over a series of sessions — one 60-minute class each, weekly or fortnightly depending on the course.

A course runs once. Every session is recorded and published afterwards, together with the notes and handouts for that session, so a course that has already been taught can still be followed in full from its recordings.

Each session is delivered twice, as two sittings: one for the Western hemisphere and one for the Eastern hemisphere. The two sittings cover the same material, so attend whichever falls at a reasonable hour for you. Session pages show both sittings, and convert them to your own time zone.

Office hours run weekly for questions that do not fit inside a course. Times and regions are listed at the foot of every page.
